Assists eligible veterans, their families, and survivors to receive from the U.S. and State Governments any and all benefits to which they may be entitled
Serves teenage girls ages 12 to 28 who are referred by the Dept. of Human Resources and are in foster care, providing counseling, academic assistance and remediation, behavior modification, and mental health education and monitoring.
